It's on by default but SkyGFX does increase it if you enabled PS2 blur, you will have to open the SkyGFX.ini and set all blur options to 0. If you wish, open the downgrader and just select SkyGFX and press "Install Mods without patching" and you will be prompted to disable blur to recreate PS2 feeling. #1.
