Although Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party officially kicks off at 7PM, guests with a ticket to the party can enter Magic Kingdom beginning at 4PM. Of course, if you have a Magic Kingdom park ticket and park pass reservation for the day of the party, you may be inside Magic Kingdom already, in which case you can just stay in the park.
There are free performances as well as an arts and crafts bazaar. Hallowbaloo is one of the best street festivals in all of Hawaii.
